Extend the Joy of Your Flowers
While many wedding couples order flowers for the dinner tables and cocktail tables, adding floral to the guest sign-in table, bars and buffets is a beautiful way to elevate the look and feel of your day.
And if you are using the staircase for your entrance, adding flowers is the perfect place to begin your design "story."
And, of course, all these flowers can be repurposed for your after-party or day-after brunch.
If you want to take it one step further, here are two nonprofit organizations that can help you extend the life -- and the joy -- of your flowers:
Flower Power Los Angeles: A local organization that takes donations of flowers and repurposes them to homeless shelters, women's shelters and social service outreach facilities.
Petals for Hope: Offering their services everywhere in the U.S., Petals for Hope restyles donated flowers into bedside bouquets and arrangements which are then delivered to those in need within the community.
